This is the TRAINWRIGHT dashboard. Your personal hub where you’ll be able to keep up to date with your daily HIIT workouts and plan your nutrition with our carefully curated meals - we hand selected some of our favourite recipes that will help you get lean and toned!

We didn’t want to half-arse this and just bring you another ‘off the shelf workout plan’ any trainer could have come up with. I’ve seen how much you loved my live workouts, the energy and enthusiasm you all have for working out with me in real-time and have strived to recreate that. We’ve worked tirelessly and have managed to take those workouts you adore and make them even better!

Each session has its own full-length video where you hit play and train (and rest!) in real time with Josh and I. This means you can fit the workouts around your own schedule, any time of the day or night, and we will be there to coach you through out.

The 4 Week Fat Burn has 15 unique fat torching HIIT sessions, using only body weight exercises, that target every muscle group in your body to achieve the best results possible. Each session has been carefully crafted (and tested!) by myself and the team to ensure we know what we are asking of you. They aren’t easy and you are going to have to work hard, but they are rewarding and the results will be phenomenal.

As you look through the workouts you may notice week 2 and week 4 contain the same workouts. Why? Because we want you to be able to see how far you have come on your journey, and how much you have improved. If you have a fitness watch or heart monitor you should record the calories burnt during each session during week 2, and aim to beat this number when you do the same workout in week 4!
