I am differently abled, will I be able to follow the plan?
Please consult your doctor first before starting any training or nutrition plan. The Train Wright plans involve high intensity exercise and a calorie controlled diet, which may not be suitable for everyone.
I am pregnant, will I be able to follow the plan?
If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding you should not follow any of the Train Wright plans. You should only follow workouts and nutrition approved to you directly by a L3 Pre & Post Natal qualified Personal Trainer.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are all around 30 minutes long, plus approximately a 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool-down.
Are the workouts the same as Mark’s Instagram Live workouts?
The workouts build on Marks famous Instagram Live’s and make them even.
Are the workouts live with Mark?
The workouts are all pre-recorded so you can access them at any time you want to complete a training session, although there are some exclusive live sessions for members only!
Do I need any equipment?
You don’t need any equipment to follow the 4 Week Fat Burn and The Next Level plans, just a suitable safe space to exercise. Although an exercise/yoga mat and water bottle will likely increase your levels of comfort while following the workouts.
Do I need to join a gym?
No you do not need to join a gym to follow the 4 Week Fat Burn and The Next Level, all of these workouts can be done from home.
Do I need to follow the specific workouts in the specified order?
The workouts are set out in the best order
Can I do any of the plans while training for an event? Eg. Couch to 5k, marathon, London to Brighton cycle
Yes, all the plans will work well as part of your training regime for any event!
Can I do any of the plans while training for sport? Eg. Football, rugby
Yes, all the plans work well as part of training for any individual or team sport.
Can I do additional workouts on top of the plan?
Yes you can do additional workouts on top of the plan, but ensure you have at least one full days rest each week!
Is the nutrition in the plan hard to follow?
No, all the meals within the plans are designed to be easy and simple - easy to find ingredients and simple to follow recipes. You won’t need to spend hundreds of pounds on ‘in-season’ vegetables you can only buy at speciality supermarkets!
Can I follow the nutrition plan if I have a food allergy/intolerance?
You can follow the nutrition plan but please be aware of the ingredients in each meal and make any necessary substitutions for your given allergies.
Can I follow the plans if I am a vegetarian/pescatarian/vegan?
Yes there are a selection of meals in each plan suitable for vegetarians, pescetarians and vegans - but you do not have to stick to these. You can eat any recipes as long as they fall within the prescribed calorie amounts.
